<On-site registration>
For Co-medical members:
Co-medical is required to present certification of their professionals.
Failure to do so will be charged the on-site registration fee of allied Medical professional 25,000 yen.
コメディカルの方へ:
コメディカルの方は、当日コメディカルである証明書をお持ちください。
証明書の呈示がない場合はメディカル25,000円の当日参加登録料をいただきます。
